★ Commissions are done on a first come, first served basis!★ Large revisions (such as changing the pose) can only be made during the sketch stage.★ Please be as specific as possible about your commission and provide any relevant descriptions, references, poses, etc. that you would like me to include.★ Additional characters will cost extra, and additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the interaction.★ I reserve the right to select which commissions I will accept.★ Art will be delivered by email as jpegs or pngs.All my artwork will be signed. Please do not remove my signature/watermark.
Information I need from you!
When requesting a commission from me, please include the following details so I can have a clear understanding of your commission right from the start:
★Commission Description ~ the more detailed you are from the start, the easier this will be!★ Size ~ bust, torso, full body★ Type of commission ~ sketch, lineart, flat colour, full colour★ Pose/expression (or send photo references if you can find them!)★ If coloured ➔ any ideas or preferences you have for the background colour/general colour palette!
Terms of Service
If you're interested in hiring me for private commission, you're required to read and accept my Terms of Service. You can either read them here or I'll go over them in detail with you personally if necessary.BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.
★ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners (must be credited), but may not be used for profit.★ I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. The client may not edit, trace, or otherwise alter the commissioned piece; nor can they use it for NFT purposes.★ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.★ I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet the standards of your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.★ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in a while! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colours, and final check phases.★ I'll communicate sudden changes in schedule/time of the commission if something comes up.★ Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @daxartz17 or @dax_artz17★ Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
Payment
★ Payment is in CAD, via Artistree or Ko-fi (I prefer Artistree bc it’s safer for both artist and client). Payment is to be paid either in full upfront (after I’ve accepted your commission and we have discussed the details of the request) or 50% at the beginning, and 50% before I send over the finished product.★ If I haven't started on your commission and you change your mind, I will refund you 100%. If you pay in full upfront, I can only refund you 50% of the price payed.★ Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
Process
★ Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once l receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.★ Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. I do not offer major changes beyond the sketch phase.★ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res.png files of the work and watermarked jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
